I left Facebook, and then traded my Samsung galaxy phone in for a Lightphone, (only text and cell,) in hopes that I can be in the REALITY. I am addicted to Youtube, and it took a Netflix show called The Social Dilemma to see that I had a problem. As an ER physician, I see addiction all the time. I failed to protect myself, but I hope to do something now. Tactical Civics TM has taught me to mute the noise of social media. I learned how small districts give voice to people, much better than the current limit of 435 US House Representatives. During the Constitutional Convention, the only item on the agenda that George Washington actually stood up for and give its most heartfelt support was the representatives to be for small districts.
